A15 Van Alstyne - Graveside services for Frances Rodger, 65, of Norman, Okla., who died Friday at her residence, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Van Alstyne Cemetery. Dr. Jim Koonce, pastor of the First Baptist Church in Howe, will officiate. Arrangements are by Flesher Funeral Home. Mrs. Rodgers was born in Van Alstyne, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Skipworth. She was a retired employee of the University of Oklahoma and a Baptist. Surviving are her son, Richard Rodgers of Norman, Okla.; daughter, Beverly Brigham of Fairbanks, Alaska; brothers, George Skipworth of Sherman, John Skipworth of Plano and James Skipworth of Carriere, Miss.; sisters, Edna Dutton of Howe, Mary Johnson of Dallas and Vida Jester of DeSoto; and two grandchildren.
