This stone has the name wrong. He was Roberto, a male and b&d 19 Aug 1967.
He died in the Whitewright Surgical Clinic, the physician was Paul E Geers.
His father John Albert Reaves and mother Carole J Stinnett.
He died due to a brain injury at birth. Cephalopelvic disproportion (CPD)
Means the baby was too large to pass through the mothers pelvis.
and then he says possible injury with forceps.
