  Edmon Hamill 4 June 1921 - 29 April 2005 Esther Hamill 1 April 1932 - 22 April 2021  On
April 22, 2021, Esther Hamill passed away peacefully in her sleep. She
was 89 years old. An Oklahoma native, Esther called Texas her home,
where she and her husband Edmond raised their family. Esther’s life
centered around caring for her family and extended family of cousins,
nieces and nephews, and was lovingly called, “Aunt Esther”. They
enjoyed time outdoors at the lake and camping & boating. She was an
accomplished seamstress, and quilter, she worked for Handcock Fabrics
for years, and has hand sewn in love many a quilts which she shared
with her loved ones.
Esther was predeceased by her husband of 59 years, Edmond Hamill. She is survived by her two children, son, Michael & daughter, Patsy and 2 grandchildren, Justin & Jennifer. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, April 24, 2021 at the Van Alstyne Cemetery.
