  Earnest W. Halliburton 28 September 1936 - 11 July 1996 Van Alstyne Leader July 18, 1996 P.3 Services for Earnest Wayne Halliburton, 59-year-old Van Alstyne resident were held Saturday in Flesher Funeral Home in Van Alstyne. He died Thursday, July 11, 1996, at Wilson N. Jones Hospital in Sherman. Bobby Hass officiated with burial in Van Alstyne Cemetery. Surviving are his sons, Wayne Halliburton of Anna, and Billy Ray Halliburton and Travis Halliburton, both of Van Alstyne; sisters, Wanda Holley of Van Alstyne, Mary Halliburton of Lakewood, Calif., Lena Mae Pledger of Dallas and Mozelle Gay of Denton; brothers, David Halliburton of Van Alstyne, Kenneth Cornell of Lucas and Mike Cornell of Dallas; and eight grandchildren.
