  Kim Ellen Hilliard went to be with the Lord January 22, 2019 in Tioga, Texas. Kim was born July 10, 1962 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, daughter, of Jimmy Wright and Jean Stephens. She married the love of her life September 14, 1979 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and spent the next 39 years "keeping it fun" with her husband. James. She was a dedicated mother and the grandmother of 7 boys who all loved to spend time with their "Mimi". She also enjoyed the 43 years she spent with her Clarks Outpost family. She is survived by her husband, James Hilliard, of Tioga; her children, Rebecca Binyon and Dustin Hilliard, both of Tioga, Texas; her grandchildren, Cory and Tanner Binyon; Hayden, Colten, Fox and Cason Hilliard; and Carter Moore; her mother and step-father, Jean and John Stephens; brothers, Mark, Mike, Darren Wright and Randy Stephens; and sisters, Carolyn and Kelley Stephens. She is preceded in death by her father, Jimmy Wright; and sister, Shelley Stephens. Friends, family and others whose lives Kim touched are invited to Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Tioga, Texas Friday morning, January 25, 2019 to celebrate her life.
