   Charles B. Fenley 20 April 1929 - 6 March 1996 Private US Army WWII Billie Jean Fenley, 80, passed away Sunday, June 30, 2013, in Bowie, Texas. Graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at Tioga Cemetery in Tioga, Texas. Billie was born March 18, 1933 to Chester Goff and May West Goff in Bokoshe, Oklahoma. She was a homemaker and member of the Friendship Baptist Church in Tioga, Texas. Billie was an avid Texas Rangers fan and enjoyed playing Bingo and working on word searches. She is preceded in death by her parents, Chester and May Goff; her husband, Charles Fenley; two sisters; two brothers; two grandsons; and three granddaughters. Billie is survived by six children: Linda Maddux of Bridgeport, Carol Dellinger of Tioga, Judy Peck of McAlister, Oklahoma; Susan Seachord of Beatrice, NE, Donna Shuman of Bowie, and Charlene Deering of Bowie; eighteen grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Opal Norman of Pueblo, Colorado and Patsy Fell of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
