Dallas Morning News November 15, 1942 Double Funeral Held for Victims of Fire Sherman, Texas, Nov. 14 - Funeral services for William S. Miller, 73, and his daughter, Mrs. Floyd Dunnam, 34, victims of a fire which destroyed the Miller home in Tioga Wednesday, were held at the Tioga Church of Christ. Mrs. Dunnam died Thursday and Mr. Miller early Friday morning, both at a Sherman hospital. Mr. Dunnam is still a patient at the hospital, suffering from minor burns. Mrs. Miller and a son Joe, and the two Dunnam children, Earl Wendell and Bobby Ray, escaped without injury. The Dunnam family lived in Hollywood, Calif. and were visiting in the Miller home. Mr. Miller, a native of Grayson county, was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. T.L. Miller. He was in the drug business in Tioga thirty-five years, retiring in 1935. He was also a minister of the Church of Christ. Other survivors are three daughters and two sons: Mrs. Joe Baker, Dallas; Mrs. C.R.
