 Richard Sinclair Mullins 14 July 1918 - 2 July 1938 Dallas Morning News 19 Feb 1953 George Mullins Rites Conducted at Tioga Tioga, Texas -Feb 18, Funeral services were conducted Tuesday at the First Baptist Church for George W. Mullins, 66, who died Monday in a Dallas hospital. He was a retired farmer and groceryman. Burial was in Tioga cemetery. Mullins was born in Santa Fe, Tenn. He was married to Miss Emma Culberson in 1904 in Santa Fe and moved to Wolfe City (Tx) in 1916 and to Tioga in 1927. He was a member of the Methodist Church. He is survived by two sons, Howard Mullins of Tioga and R.E. Mullins of Wichita Falls; one daughter, Mrs. Lera McGehee of Dallas; one brother, J.A.
