  Maria Luisa Sanchez 22 May 1953 - 26 November 2012  The Herald Democrat November 29, 2012 SHERMAN - A celebration of life for Mrs. Maria Luisa Sanchez, age 59, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, located at 727 S. Travis St. in Sherman. Rev. Antonio Aureus will officiate. Public visitation will be from 10 a.m. -6 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 30, 2012 at The Cravens Funeral Home located at 225 W. Brockett St. in Sherman, followed by a Rosary at 7 p.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Maria Luisa was born on May 22, 1953 in Guanajuato, Mexico to parents Nicolas Sanchez and Teresa De La Rosa. She was a loving and caring mother to all her children. She was a hardworker regardless of the job, but her very best and favorite occupation was loving and caring for her family. Maria Luisa Sanchez passed away on Monday, Nov. 26, 2012. She leaves to cherish her memories her parents, Nicolas Sanchez and Teresa De La Rosa; her treasured children, Victor (Veronica) Luna, Marcos (Mari) Luna, Juan (Juana) Luna, Abelardo (Laura) Luna, Jose De La Luz (Veronica) Luna, Abel (Jasmin) Luna, Roque (Selene) Luna, and Norma Luna; her brothers, Roberto Sanchez, Carmelo Sanchez, Saldovar Sanchez, Antonio Sanchez, Guadencio Sanchez, Mariano Sanchez, and Alfredo Sanchez; sisters: Maria Jesus Tavera, and Josefina Guerrero; 13 grandchildren, her beloved dog Biggy, and a host of other relatives and friends. The Sanchez family is under the personal care of The Cravens Funeral Home.  Roque Tony Luna 16 August 1987 - 15 January 2013  SHERMAN – A Celebration of Life for Mr. Roque Antonio Luna, age 25, of Sherman, Texas, will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013 at the St Mary's Catholic Church located at 727 S. Travis in Sherman. Father Antonio Aureus will officiate. Public Visitation will be on Friday, Jan. 18, 2013 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. with the family present to receive guest, at the Cravens Funeral Home, located at 225 W. Brockett St in Sherman. A Rosary will follow at 7 p.m. at St Mary's Catholic Church. Roque was born on Aug. 16, 1987 in Mexico to the late Maria Luisa Sanchez. He was a graduate of Sherman High School and worked in the Food Service Industry. Mr. Luna passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013 at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital-WNJ. He was preceded in death by his mother, Maria Luisa Sanchez. He leaves to cherish his memories, his daughter Alexandra Mia Luna, companion Selene Tapia, brothers; Victor (Veronica) Luna, Marcos (Mari) Luna, Juan (juana) Luna, Abelardo (Laura) Luna, Jose DeLa Luz ( Veronica) Luna, Abel Luna, sister Norma Luna, grandparents: Nicolas Sanchez and Teresa De La Rosa, and many other family members.
