  Mary Lang Schmitz 1885 - 1919 The Sherman Daily Democrat Tuesday, July 7, 1919 pg. 5 Mrs. Mary J. Schmitz, wife of J.H. Schmitz of Lindsey, Texas, died at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Lange, near Southmayd at 12:30 o'clock Monday afternoon and was buried in St. Mary's Catholic cemetery here this afternoon following services at St. Mary's church conducted by Father Dowley. Mrs. Schmitz was visiting at the home of her parents at the time of her death, and besides her father and husband, she is survived by two children and several sisters and brothers. Mrs. J.T. Bunschup will have the sympathy of all in their bereavement. Death resulted from influenza.
