  On November 10, 2022 Gloria "Granny Glo" Maglio passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family. She was 81 years old. Granny Glo was born in Swansea, Massachusetts on January 1, 1941 but was raised in Seekonk, Massachusetts, and lived there until moving to Texas in 1964. Granny Glo was the proud mother of 4 children: James "Jimmy" Greer, Shane Greer, Sr.; Rhonda Greer Reedy and spouse, BB; and Vaunda Greer Hickman and spouse, David; 3 bonus children; 16 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Granny's greatest loves were her family, cooking and caring for others. Granny Glo is survived by her husband, Joseph Maglio; her 4 children/2 bonus children; 16 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren, along with many family members in Seekonk, Massachusetts. She is proceeded in death by her parents, Dorothy Dias and James Major; 5 siblings, George Dias, Johnny Dias, Janice Major, Charles Major and Ferne Waite; and bonus son, Mark Maglio. Funeral services were held at Waldo Funeral Home, Monday afternoon, November 14, 2022. Burial followed at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Sherman, Texas.
