  Patricia Marie Gasper (Pat Gnoza) passed away on Friday, June 11, 2021 in Sherman, Texas, after a lengthy period of heart related issues. Pat was the oldest child of Frank and Kay Gnoza of Corsicana, Texas, both of whom preceded her in death. Pat leaves a son, Christopher Stigler; and granddaughter Sky, both of Bedford, Texas. Pat was born November 12, 1950 in Corsicana, Texas. As a child, she was a good athlete, excelling in swimming. Pat competed in swim meets across much of Texas and earned dresser drawers full of medals before she was done. Pat graduated from Corsicana High School and attended North Texas State University. Pat worked in sales and demonstrated a good apptitude for it, eventually being promoted to a Sales Trainer, retiring from Verizon in 2008. Pat made friends easily and never met a stranger. She was a tireless conversationalist and always enjoyed engaging in robust discourse on any topic. Pat is also survived by sister, Frances Baird and husband, Don; of Sherman; brother, Peter Gonza and wife, Pamela, of Overland Park, Kansas; and brother, Frank Gonza and wife, Gretchen, of Red Oak. Pat left behind numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside services were planned for Frioday, June 25, 2021 at St. Mary's Cemetery, Sherman, Texas.
