McLain - Denison,Tex., March 31. - Mrs. Addie McLain, aged 36 years, wife of Mahlon McLain, died south of Denison of inflamatory rheumatism. The funeral will be held Tuesday with burial in the Simon Cemetery.

M. M. McLain's Rites to be held Thursday
Denison, Texas, July 8 - Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday in the Church of Jesus Christ with the Rev. Roy Graves of Sherman officiating.
McLain, a resident of Denison for forty-two years, was found dead under a tree on his farm southwest of here where he apparently had laid down to rest after mowing with a team. Justice of the Peace C.B. Carroll returned a verdict of death from natural causes.
McLain was born in Indiana and married Addie Eldora Whiteacre, who died in 1912.
He married Bessie Faye Pacely in Denison in 1913.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, M.P. McLain and W.H. McLain, both of Denison; two daughters, Mrs. Guy Lewis and Mrs. Mary Caperton both of Los Angeles, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Navin of Terre Haute, Ind. and Mrs. Nellie McClellan of Champaign, Ill. Eleven grandchildren and seven great - grandchildren.
