  Martin Edwards 1840 - 1930  Jane Edwards 1844 - 1936 Sherman Democrat January 21, 1936 Mrs. Jane Edwards, 91, died at the residence of her son, Rosco (sic) Edwards, route 1, Denison, Tuesday at 1:45 a.m. Funeral services were held at the Shannon Church of Christ Wednesday afternoon. Burial followed at Shannon cemetery directed by Talley Funeral home. Mrs. Edwards had been a resident of Grayson county for 52 years and a member of the Church of Christ for 60 years. She has been an invalid for the last five years, having suffered a stroke of paralysis. Survivors include two sons, Roscoe Edwards, route 1, Denison; and W.H. Edwards, route 1, Bells; two brothers, John Hendon (sic) of Dallas; and Jim Hendon (sic) of Springfield, Missouri; 17 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and several great-great-grand-children.
