   James P. Moore 21 August 1930 - Shirley C. Moore 20 May 1936 - 8 February 2017 wed 10 February 1956 Denison,
Texas - Shirley Giles Moore, 80, slipped peacefully into the
arms of Jesus early Wednesday, February 8, 2017. Graveside services were
set for 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 10, 2017 at Rosehill Cemetery,
Bells, Texas with Reverend Wally Butts officiating.
Shirley was born May 20, 1936 in Sherman, Texas to parents Major Davis and Bertie Giles. She made her home in Westminster, Texas in her younger years. She married James Moore on February 10, 1956 in Duncanville, Texas. She was a homemaker, graduate of Westminster class of 1954 and was a member of the Bells United Methodist Church. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Jerry Giles and Maurice Ray Giles; sisters, Gladys King and Betty Shipman. She is survived by her husband; children, Cathy Coe and Bob; June Walden and Wayne; and Robert Moore; grandchildren, Preston Smith, Cynthia O’ Donnell, Jennifer Stotesbury and Curtis, James Walden, Tabatha Mayfield and Barry; great-grandchildren, Ethan Stotesbury, Reegan Mayfield, Lillie Mayfield and Hunter Stotesbury and another baby boy to be born in May.
