Thursday, June 24, 1971 pg. 5 Service were held Sunday at 2 p.m. in Mullican-Little Funeral Chapel for Mrs. Ruth Long, 49, who died last Friday after a short illness. Services were conducted by Rev. Raymond Womack, Methodist minister of Allen. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery in Bells. Mrs. Long was born July 21, 1921 in Ector, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.M. Dooley. On March 21, 1960, she married J.B. Long in Greenville. She had lived most of her life in Grayson and Fannin counties but had moved to Allen two years ago. She was a graduate of Ector High School and was a member of the Allen Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband; one daughter, Rebecca Washburn; two brothers, Frank Dooley of Paris and Sanford Dooley of Ector; four sisters, Mrs. Maude McPherson of Aurora, Colorado; Mrs. Dave Beazley of Ector, Mrs. Bertha Jennings of Savoy and Mrs. J.W.
