Thursday, June 4, 1953 pg. 1 Funeral services were held at the Bells Baptist Church Tuesday afternoon for Isaiah S. McHone, 60, who died Monday at his home in Bells after a 6-month illness. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery at Bells was directed by Earnheart Funeral Home. Survivors include his mother; two daughters, Mrs. Melton Pugh and Mrs. Murrell Johnson of Bells; one son, Weldon Belew of Bells; three brothers, Jim McHone of Sherman, and Ed McHone and Lige McHone of Dallas; three sisters, Mrs. Harvey Walters of Bells, Mrs. Bert Scott of Dallas and Mrs. Carl Nevills of Denison; and five grandchildren.
