Thursday, March 29, 1917 pg. 4 AMONG THE COURTS Found of Unsound Mind Jim William Todd, the man who attempted to shoot up the community of Dripping Springs a night or two ago, but failed to do so on account of his erring marksmanship, was adjudged to be of unsound mind by a board of physicians in the county court today, and will be recommended for a place in one of the state institutions.
