James F. Morgan, of 317 West Bond street, who returned from Terrell asylum 2 weeks since apparently fully restored to his normal mental condition, is again locked up and will have to be returned to the asylum.  Thursday night he came down to Main street in his night clothing, when he was taken in charge by officers.  He was very quiet and it was with some hesitation that he was restrained, but it was remembered how desperate he grew on a  former occasion and it was deemed better to risk no chances. Mr. Morgan has an excellent family,  a wife and 3 children, and they have the sympathy of the entire city

LOCAL CONDENSATION
Friday - James Morgan, on a charge of insanity, was place in jail early this morning.
