James F. Morgan, of 317 West Bond
street, who returned from Terrell asylum
2 weeks since apparently fully restored
to his normal mental condition, is again
locked up and will have to be returned
to the asylum. Thursday night he

officers. He was very quiet and it

restrained, but it was remembered how
desperate he grew on a former
occasion and it was deemed better to
risk no chances. Mr. Morgan has an
excellent family, a wife and 3
children, and they have the sympathy of
the entire city
