INSANITY CHARGED
On Sunday last a complaint was sworn out
before Judge G. T. McDonough, alleging
that T.E. Carroll was of unsound mind and
that he be taken before the proper
tribunal for trial. He was
accordingly turned over to Constable
Riddle who took him up to Sherman Sunday
night where he will be tried before County
Judge Wood. Carroll is a farmer and
lived with his uncle just south of the
city.
