SHERMAN CRIMINAL NOTES

Sherman, November 12 - In the District Court today, Miles Jordan pleaded guilty to 4 charges and received the following terms: For burglary at Southmayd, 6 years; for burglary in West Sherman, 4 years; for theft in West Sherman, 5 years; for assault to rob in Sherman, 9 years; total, 24 years. 

Dick Smith, connected with Jordan in the same case, plead guilty, and received the following terms: For burglary at Southmayd, 6 years; for burglary in West Sherman, 4 years, for assault to rob in Sherman, 5 years, total, 20 years.
