A paragraph reads; At this time
Henry Cato, who was held on an indictment charging
him with murder of Alvin Frizzell, also escaped.
All of the prisoners were taken but Cato, who
killed himself at the home of his father near the
Collin county line.

McKinney, Texas, Jan 11-Henry Frizzel near the
Collin and Grayson county line, who escaped from
the Sherman jail yesterday , shot himself at his
home near Graybill today, with a shotgun. He
cannot recover.
