Sherman, Texas, Feb. 25 - Ex Parte Beulah Sartin and C.B. Sartin is the style of a suit filed in the Fifteenth District Court late Saturday afternoon praying for the removal of the disabilities of minority.  The application says that the applicants are the children of Tom Sartin, now confined in the Grayson County jail on a charge of murder, that they own thirty-five acres of land and make their own living, that their mother is dead and that they depend entirely upon themselves for support and think they could better manage their affairs if the disabilities of minority were removed.
Judge B.L. Jones granted their prayer.
