The following real estate transfers were recorded today:
W.A. and J.M. Ayers to Wm. Scott, lots in Dugansville; consideration $325.
B.R. Long and wife to Sallie J. Oglivie, lot in Sherman; consideration $300.
Michael McCarthy to Thomas Fox, lots in Denison; consideration $800.
J.T. Kreuger to W.K. Henderson, land near Van Alstyne; consideration, $75.
Jacob Riggle and C.L. Smith and wife to W.K. Henderson, land near Van Alstyne; consideration $2053.
James Callahan, by Constable Wright, to Jot and Jule Gunter, 160 acres of land in W.R. Hicks' survey; consideration, $50.
A mortgage was made on Whitesboro real estate today by H.H. Robinson to Helena Levy; consideration $1000.
No chattel mortgages were filed for record.
County Clerk Dickerman left this afternoon for Lampasas.
The collections made by County Collector A.R. Andrews amounted to about $700.
