Friday, June 17, 1960 pg. 5 DEATHS Funeral services for Ross J. Terrell, 59, were conducted Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock from the First Presbyterian church chapel with the pastor Rev. James I. Logan officiating. Burial was in Preston Bend Cemetery with the Bratcher Funeral Home directing. Terrell died suddenly at his home Saturday at 1525 West Woodard street. He was an employee of the Quality cleaners until ill health forced his retirement. Born at Preston Bend, April 18, 1901, Terrell attended school there and in Sherman. He married Mrs. Orledia Hill in Sherman Oct. 24, 1951. Terrell was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Elks lodge, and Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was a World War II veteran. Survivors include his widow; a daughter, Miss Patricia Ann Terrell of Denison; his mother, Mrs. Emma Terrell of Denison; a step-son, Kenneth Hardin of Oklahoma City; two step-daughters, Miss Kay Hill of Denison and Mrs. Betty Spoon of Dallas; three brothers, Earl and Ralph Terrell of Denison and Forrest of Marshall; and three sisters, Mrs. Georgia Bush of Denison; Mrs. Ray Stratton of Pottsboro; and Mrs. Hurley Green of Cheyenne, Wyo.
