 Sherman Democrat April 26, 1953 Section 1, pg. 12 J.W. AYNES DIES Denison - J.W. "Bill" AyNes, 79, who farmed for many years in the Preston Bend area, died at his Denison home at 3 p.m. Saturday. He had lived in Grayson County 50 years. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon in Bratcher-Moore Chapel. Burial was in Preston Cemetery. Mr. Aymes is survived by 3 sons, Jesse Aynes, Edgar Aynes and Tommy Aynes, all of Denison.
