   Telephone, Texas - Born January 19, 1939, David Samuel Bullock, Jr. went to be with the Lord on October 1, 2019. Sam was 80 years young and full of grace and love. He was born in Coleman, Texas, son of David Bullock and Hazel Neuroth Bullock, followed by another son, Jimmy Bullock. He was also raised with his uncle, W.D. Neuroth. He served his country in the Navy in October 1961 to September 1965 on the U.S.S. Bryce Canyon. He married the love of his life, Carol Cook, January 1, 1967. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Thomas Dewayne "Bo" Bullock; granddaughter, Angel Barber; and great-grandson, Rice Neddo, Jr. He is survived by his loving wife; daughter, Tammy Swanson and husband, Terry; son, Darren Bullock and wife, Zora; daughter, Kristi Barber and husband, Casey; daughter-in-law, Gina Bullock; 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Graveside services were held Saturday afternoon, October 5, 2019 in Pilot Grove Cemetery, Pilot Grove, Texas. Services were under the direction of Scoggins Funeral Home.  Carol A. Bullock went to be with our Lord on February 22, 2023. Carol would have turned 80 on her birthday, July 11, 2023. Carol was born in Dallas, Texas, daughter of Rayford Cook and Beulah Griffin Cook McDaniel. She was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband; oldest son, Thomas Dewayne "Bo" Bullock; and granddaughter, Angel Barber. She is survived by her son, Darren Bullock; daughter Kristi Barber and husband, L. Casey Barber; daughter-in-law, Gina Bullock; and 14 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren. Graveside services were held Friday morning, February 24, 2023 at Pilot Grove Cemetery.
