The remains were laid to rest in the Blanton [sic] cemetery. Mr. and Mrs. Judd have the heartfelt sympathy of their friends in their bereavements. The Whitewright Sun Friday, March 30, 1917 pg. 5 IN MEMORIAM In loving memory of Mollie Elizabeth Judd, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Judd, who died March 20, 1917, age 5 years. We have lost our darling Lizzie - she has bid us all adieu; She has gone to live in heaven, and her form is lost to view. Oh, that dear one - how we loved her; oh, how hard to give her up. But an angel called from heaven and removed her from our flock. We miss thee from our home, dear Lizzie; we miss thee from thy place; A shadow o'er our life is cast, we miss the sunshine of they face. We miss thy kind and gentle hand, thy fond and earnest care; Our home is dark without thee - we miss you every where. Peaceful be thy silent slumber, peaceful in thy grave so low; Thou no more will join our number, thou no more our sorrows know. Yet again we hope to meet thee when the day of life is fled, And in heaven with joy to greet thee, where no farewell tears are shed. Call not back the dear departed, anchored safe where storms are o'er; On the Border land we left her, soon to meet and part no more. When we leave this world of changes, when we leave this world of care, We shall find our missing loved one in our Father's mansion fair. - - - written by one who loved her The Whitewright Sun Thursday, January 6, 1944 pg. 5 JAMES DUDLEY JUDD Funeral services for J.D.
