Denison Section 8
The Sunday Gazetteer Sunday, May 14, 1893 pg. 4 IN MEMORY On Friday evening of last week little Mary Bruckel, three-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bruckel, residing at 603 West Sears street, quietly and peacefully folded her arms. closed her eyes and passed into that sleep that knows no awakening. The child possessed a loveable and sweet disposition and had, by her winsom and lady-like ways, thoroughly established herself into the hearts most tender affections of, not only parents, but all who knew her. Mr. and Mrs. Burckel have the sympathy of many friends who will ever remember little Mary as a bit of pure, innocent and altogether lovely humanity. The Sunday Gazetteer Sunday, November 6, 1910 pg. 3 EARLY DAYS IN DENISON Week ending March 7, 1885 Phil L. , the son of Charles and Carrie Burckel, age only two months, died Thursday. The little fellow was sick only a few hours. Joseph B. Burkell 23 July 1942 Texas Private 154th Depot Brigade OAKWOOD CEMETERY
