Sunday, October 5, 1884 pg.4 Leo Trost Dead At 11:30 a.m. last Wednesday, Leo Trost breathed his last and succumbed to the inexorable fiat of the power of death. The deceased was 35 years old and a native of Germany. He served in the Franco-German war of 1870 and was wounded in the battle of Orleans. He came to the United States i n 1872 and for several years had been a citizen of Denison. He left a wife and 4 children to mourn the loss of a husband and father. The remains of the deceased were interred in the Old Cemetery at 4 o'clock Thursday evening by several orders of which he was a member in good standing. Odd Fellows' service by W. Waltz. Vorwaerts' funeral services by Louis Lebrecht. MARSHALS Howard Hanna, Ph. Ledrick. The Cornet Band acquitted themselves with much credit. The Denison Cornet Band recently organized, turned out last Thursday, playing for the different orders parti cipating in the funeral procession of Mr. Leo R. Trost.... OAKWOOD CEMETERY
