Lilly 2 January 1900 - 20 April 1944 The Denison Press Friday, August 25, 1944 DEATHS Funeral services for Mrs. Ruth Anna Lilly, who died Thursday morning at her home 1015 Hull street, were conducted Friday afternoon at 3 at the Short-Murray Chapel with Rev. Jackson C. Oglesby, pastor of Waples Memorial Church officiating. Interment was at Oakwood. Death followed a three-day illness. Born Jan. 2, 1900 in Denison, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.E. Nelson. She was married Feb. 7, 1920 to T. N. Lilly, who had been one of Denison's carpenters for several years. Surviving are her husband; three sons, Tommie, Jimmie and Charlie, all of Denison; and a daughter Miss Ellora Mae of this city. Brothers are Charley Nelson, Browley, Calif.; John E. Nelson, San Diego, Ca.; Albert Winford, Pomona, Cal., and Allen Winford, Long Beach, Cal. Mrs. L.W. Pike of this city is a sister.  Nataline H.
