 Hazel Irene Morgan 30 April 1933 - 12 March 1953 The Denison Press Friday, March 20, 1953 pg. 6 Funeral services were held at Bratcher-Moore chapel Friday afternoon for Miss Irene Morgan, 19 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H.P. Morgan, 944 Coffin, who died in a local hospital Thursday after three years of illness. Rev. Elza England officiated at the service and burial was in Oakwood Cemetery. Miss Morgan was born in Luella community. She attended school in Colbert, Oklahoma and Draughon's Business College. She was a member of the Pentecostal Church of God in the Cotton Mill district. Survivors include her parents; two brothers, Cecil and Buck Morgan of Denison; three sisters, Mrs. Troy Strickland, Denison; Mrs. Frank Steward, Colbert, Oklahoma; and Mrs. Martin Douglass, Sherman.
