Denison Herald March 25, 1986 Denison - Graveside services for Norfelt C. Gentry, 72, of 104 E. Prospect, who died Sunday at his home, are at 1 p.m. today at Oakwood Cemetery, with the Rev. Cleon Brown, Jr. officiation. Bratcher Funeral Home is in charge. Gentry was born in Grayson County, son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Gentry. He was educated at the Cotton Mill School and married Lela Charlotta Kelly April 19, 1948, in Denison. She died Jan. 11, 1978. Gentry was a mechanic and of the Pentacostal faith. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Surviving are a son, David of Balch Springs; daughter, Mary Jo Brinkely of Dallas; two brothers, Albert of Dallas, Georgie of Collins; sister, Jenette Polston of Denison; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
