The Denison Press Thursday, September 2, 1937 pg. 1 Mrs. Sallie Cash Dies at Nelson St. Residence Mrs. Sallie J. Cash, 74, who resided at 1021 W. Nelson for the past eleven years, died following an illness of two weeks, at 10:55 Thursday morning. Funeral services will be conducted at Short-Murray chapel Friday at 4 p.m. Interment will be at Oakwood with Short-Murray directing. Mrs. Cash was born July 2, 1863 in Carol County, Tennessee. She was married January 22, 1892 at Lexington to J.H. Cash who died some years back. She was a member of the Methodist church. Surviving are three sons, A.M., Bonham; Jesse, Denison; and J.B. of California. Daughters are Mrs. Lula Mae Hires of Maxwell, Ark., and Mrs. Lela Kennedy of Dodd City, Texas. A brother, A.B.C. Denham lives at Moore, Oklahoma, and a sister, Mrs. M.M. Pipkins, lives at Hubbard City, Texas. Seventeen grandchildren survive. OAKWOOD CEMETERY
