The Denison Press Saturday, July 21, 1934 pg. 4 GIRL DIES AT HOME ON EAST HERON STREET Ruby Aline Hazell, two-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.D. Hazell, died at the family home, 122 E. Herron street Saturday morning following an illness of three weeks. She is survived by her parents, her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. G.W. Hinkle, Myra, Texas. Services will be held at the Nazarene church with Rev. G.B. Webb, pastor, in charge at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, Burial will be at Oakwood cemetery with Short-Murray directing. The Denison Press Friday, March 10, 1950 pg. 1 Mrs. Fleta Juanita Hazell, 41, of Costa Mesa, California, and former Denisonian, died in Hot Springs, N.M. March 1, while returning home from a visit in Denison. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G.W. Hinkle, 329 West Texas, was born in Red Oak, Texas, November 25, 1908. She was educated in Grayson County and was a member of the Nazarene church. Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Ruth Dobbs, Sadler, Texas; two brothers, Fred Hinkle, Carthage, Texas, and Jesse Hinkle, Kimberly, Idaho; four sisters, Mrs. Opaline Baker, Mrs. Ruby Foster, Cosa Mesa, California, Miss Avis Hinkle and Miss Jo Hinkle, Denison. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Nazarene church, with the Rev. H.C. Crews officiating and burial in Oakwood Cemetery, with Bratcher-Moore in charge of arrangements.
