The Denison Press Thursday, December 24, 1959 pg. 4 Funeral services for Dave Jack, 58, who died at a local hospital Friday, were held Sunday from the Johnson-Moore chapel and were directed by Johnson-Moore, followed by interment at Oakwood. Rev. Lawrence Smith of Harless chapel officiated and Johnson-Moore directed the services. Jack died Friday in a local hospital after a 3-year illness. He was born in Denison March 18, 1901, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Jack, and attended local schools. June 5, 1920 he married Grace Brooklins here. Jack lived at Sand Springs, Oklahoma for 22 years, moving back to Denison two years ago. He was a member of Harless Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife; and four daughters.  OAKWOOD CEMETERY
