Crane Denison Daily Cressett Saturday, October 14, 1876 pg. 4 We regret to announce that little Ida May, only child of Dr. and Mrs. Crain, died at the family residence, corner of Owing street and Armstrong avenue, on last evening, Friday, October 13th, at 5 o'clock, aged twelve years and five months. Her death was caused by nervous malarial fever; she was sick about five weeks and suffered severely during the time. The funeral took place at 3 today. The afflicted parents have the sympathies of the community, and the greater consolation of knowing that their little darling has gone home to Him, who said, "Suffer little children to come unto me."
