Denison SHERMAN MAN FOUND DEAD AT DENISON (Special to The Democrat) DENISON, Jan. 2 - James W. Patrick, 55 years old, formerly a resident of Denison for 31 years, but whose recent home had been at Sherman, was found dead in his bed at a rooming house at 115 South Austin avenue Monday morning at 7 o'clock. The inquest is in charge of Judge W.D. Parker, justice of the peace. No verdict had been returned this morning. Mr. Patrick was born in Alabama, June 19, 1872. He was a farmer. Surviving are one sister, Mrs. W.S. Paul, Denison; his step-mother, Mrs. O. Gaskill, Denison, and four half sisters, Mrs. Maude Robinson, Mrs. May Herzinger and Miss Bernice Phares, Denison, and Mrs. Virgil Smith of Springfield, Missouri. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, with Rev. B.B. Hall, pastor of Trinity Methodist church, officiating. The definite hour has not been set. Interment will be made in Oakwood cemetery.
