 Denison  Curtis Jeffery Jr, age 70, went home to be with our Lord and Savior Thursday, November 10, 2011 at Homestead of Denison. Mr. Jeffery was born November 8, 1941 in Denison, Texas the son of Curtis and Ida Bell (Webb) Jeffery Sr. He attended Terrell school. Curtis had been a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church for 60 plus years, he was was in Brotherhood. Curtis will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. Mr. Jeffery is survived by his beloved family, sister, Rose Jackson of Dallas, nephews, Larry Mundine of Durant and Michael Mundine of Denison, nieces, Ana Hunter and husband, Ricky of Denison, Vanessa Venters of Dallas, Beverly Walters of Dallas and Janice Estes of Dallas, nephews, Calvin Jackson of Dallas, James Dexlandra and wife, Beverly of Waco, Lonnie Grant and wife, Chris of Santana, CA and Charles Wilford and wife, Ann of Huntsville, AL and twenty-six great nephews and neices. Preceded in death by his parents, Curtis and Ida Bell Jeffery Sr., brother, James Jeffery and sisters, Louise Mundine and Dorothy Coffey. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 17, 2011 at Mount Vernon Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Dehorney officiating. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. Public viewing will be held Wednesday, November 16, 2011 from 9 to 4:30 p.m.  OAKWOOD CEMETERY
