Denison The Denison Press Tuesday, February 25, 1936 pg. 1 DENISON MAN DIES MONDAY IN HOSPITAL Columbus Fox Harvey, resident at 217 East Walker St., died at 11:35 Monday night in a Wichita Falls hospital where he had been a patient for the past five weeks. He had been ill six months. Mr. Harvey was born in Denison and educated here, being an employe of the ice company and a mechanic, later a fireman at Oklahoma City. He operated a grocery store at the corner of Sears street and Houston avenue for a short period. He was married to Miss Viola Payton at Madill, Oklahoma, January 21, 1933. Surviving are his wife, and one daughter, Mrs. Myrtle Rankin, San Leando, California. Interment will be made at Oakwood Cemetery with Short-Murray of Denison directing.
