Denison The Sunday Gazetteer Sunday, February 12, 1893 pg. 3 Sunday morning, February 5, Mrs. C.J. Thompson, aged 51 years, died of paralysis. She was the wife of Mr. C.J. Thompson, who has resided in this city for the last two years, moving to this city from Hearne, Texas, where he was in the employ of H & T C Ry company. He retired from the service of the company and moved to this city where he has since resided. Mrs. Thompson was the aunt of Mrs. Geo. Anderson of this city and Mrs. Fred Geisenhoner of Greenville, and also a sister of Mrs. S. Chase of this city. The Sunday Gazetteer Sunday, February 12, 1893 pg. 4 LOCAL CONDENSATIONS Sunday, February 5 - Mr. Joel White, residing at 318 East Chestnut street and one of Denison's oldest citizens, died this morning. Monday, February 6 - The remains of Joel White were interred in Oakwood Cemetery this evening. The remains of Mrs. C.J. Thompson, the lady who died yesterday in southeast Denison, were interred this evening in Oakwood. OAKWOOD CEMETERY
