 Denison  The Denison Press Friday, June 25, 1937 pg. 1 MRS. G. HEFNER DIES AFTER ONE DAY ILLNESS Mrs. Georgia Hefner, 56, residing at 725 W. Morton street, died at the family home Thursday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock, following an illness of only one day. Funeral services will be conducted Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock from Short-Murray chapel with Rev. J.F. Murrell officiating. Interment will be at Oakwood with Short-Murray directing. Mrs. Hefner was born May 4, 1881 at Lehigh, Oklahoma. She was married at Maud, Oklahoma, April 12, 1911. She was a member of the Baptist church. Surviving are her husband, Jake H.; and several nieces and nephews.  OAKWOOD CEMETERY
