Accidentally Poisoned

Denison, August 12.-- A fatal accidental poisoning occurred this afternoon near Pottsboro. L. J. Gean went to a neighbor to get some quinine to give his four-year-old child, Louis. The neighbor had two bottles, marked morphine, but one contained quinine. In selecting the quinine they took the bottle containing morphine. After the neighbor discovered the mistake he hastened to Gean's house, but he was too late as the supposed quinine had been given to the child. A physician was sent for, but the child died twenty minutes after his arrival.
