FREEMAN DIES MONDAY AT LOCAL HOSPITAL Following a short illness of only one weekm Mrs. Vona Freeman, 24, died Monday afternoon at a local hospital. The family residence was at 1627 West Bond street, from which point funeral services will be conducted Tuesday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock. Deceased was a member of the Baptist Church, and services will be under the ministries of that organization. Interment will be made at Oakwood Cemetery with Short-Murray directing. Surviving are her husband, Jess A. Freeman, and a daughter, Kathrene Louise; her father, William H. Smith; and one sister, Mrs. Elvonda Thompson, Hagerman.  OAKWOOD CEMETERY
