Ollie Mae Tabor 13 August 1928 - 30 November 2010 The Herald Democrat December 2, 2010 Denison - Ollie Mae Tabor, age 82, entered into eternal life Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at Texoma Medical Center. Mrs. Tabor was born August 13, 1928 in Lebanon, Indiana, the daughter of Frederick and Olive (Dove) Beckman. Ollie had owned and operated restaurants, a donut shop and a truck stop in California, Louisiana and Texas. She was saved in the Methodist church in Indiana. Ollie enjoyed fishing, playing with grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cooking and dancing. She loved life and enjoyed being with her family. Ollie was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great-mother and sister. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Mrs. Tabor is survived by her beloved family: son, Ronald Allen and wife, Karen, of Thorntown, Indiana; daughters, Priscilla Andrews and husband, Joseph, of Weatherford; Deborah Michelson and husband, Richard, of Garden Grove, California; Bobby Joe Wagoner of Denison; and Sue Swink of Denison; 16 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Harriet; and several brothers and sisters. Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Friday, December 3, 2010 at Fisher Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Keith Taylor officiating. Interment followed at Oakridge Cemetery. Pallbearers were Lewis Swink Jr., Scott Dyer II, Scott Dyer III and Aaron Dyer. Arrangements were under the direction of Fisher Funeral Home, located at 604 West Main, Denison.
