  Patsy Lee Sinor 1944 - 2016  The Herald Democrat March 4, 2016 Kemp, Oklahoma - Patsy Lee Sinor, 71, of Kemp, Oklahoma, died Thursday at her residence. A funeral service was held at 1 p.m. Saturday at American Funeral Service Chapel in Denison. Rev. Ricky Ring officiated. She is survived by her spouse, Charles Sinor; children: Renee Carr, Jerry Lockler, and Tommy Whitley; brother, Earl Smith; and 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
