The Herald Democrat May 14, 2009 Van Alstyne - Funeral services for Frank Dean Rosenow, 67, of Van Alstyne were held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 15, 2009, in Johnson-Moore Funeral Home Chapel in Denison. Rev. Keith Taylor officiated, and burial was in Oakridge Cemetery. He died Monday, May 11, 2009, in Texoma Medical Center. Mr. Rosenow was born May 19, 1941, in Kewanee, Illinois, the son of Dale and Hazel Moon Rosenow Sr. He graduated from Grayson County College and then from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He worked for Levi Strauss as a supervisor for many years and later worked for Walmart as a greeter. He was a Christian and loved his family and friends very much. Surviving are his son, Dalen Rosenow; daughters, Kim Sharp; Penny Lovett;, Stacey Beam and husband, Larry; and Kimberly Rosenow and Callin Rosenow; brother, Rich Rosenow and wife, Shirley; and grandchildren, Lindy, Collin, Kade, Destin, Nick, Allie, Lara, Ryan, Evan, Parker, Amby and Jaxon. He was preceded in death by his son, Robert Gatley (Rosenow); brothers, Dale Rosenow, Dan Rosenow, Ron Rosenow and Mike Rosenow. Pallbearers were Collin James, Nick Beam, Larry Beam, Michael McCrary and Evan Rosenow.
