 The Herald Democrat October 16, 2013 Sherman - Clayton Dale Cunningham, 44, entered into eternal life Saturday, October. 12, 2013 at his home. Mr. Cunningham was born February 9, 1969 in Denison, the son of Joe Allen and Aneita Kay (Burgin) Cunningham. He worked for Kroger for many years. Clayton had a big heart and would help anyone. He loved to cook, camp, fish and was an excellent dancer. Clayton will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Mr. Cunningham is survived by his beloved family: sisters, Holly Nunley and husband, Steve; and Shandi Morris and husband, Kennon; nephews, Zadrian Morris, Andronica Morris, Amarise Morris, Jesse Nunley and Chris Nunley; nieces, Asa Hall and Donna Hall; aunt, Jan Pannell and husband Keith; and numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Joe Allen Cunningham; mother, Aneita Kay Raper; grandparents, J.L. and Sylvia Burgin; and stepdad, Freddie Raper. A celebration of life service was held at 10 a.m. Friday, October 18, 2013 at Fisher Funeral Chapel with Tyler Gullette officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Fisher Funeral Home, 604 W. Main, Denison.
