  Bobby Mark Smith 3 March 1937 - 26 April 2012 SP4 US Army  WHITESBORO - Graveside services for Alice Marie Smith, 70, were at 2 p.m. on Monday, February. 22, 2010 at Mt. Tabor Cemetery near Sandusky with L.V. Phelps officiating. Services were under the direction of Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro. Alice passed away on Thursday, February 18, 2010 at Wilson N. Jones Medical Center in Sherman. She was born on October 13, 1939 in Gordonville to Lonnie and Gracie (Baker) Cravens. She married Bobby Mark Smith on May 25, 1959 in Durant, Oklahoma. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Alice loved keeping her grandchildren. She and Bobby Mark went to the Dairy Queen in Whitesboro to drink coffee with friends for many years. She faithfully attended her grandchildren's sporting events. Survivors include her husband, Bobby Mark Smith, of Whitesboro; a son, Randall Zane Smith and wife, Debbie, of Whitesboro; a daughter, Debra Lee Brule and husband, Kevin, of Whitesboro; 2 sisters, Joyce Simmons of Whitesboro, and Lonnett Davison of Collinsville; a brother, Weldon Cravens of Whitesboro; step-mother, Bessie Cravens of Whitesboro; 5 grandchildren, Bryan Mark Smith, Ryan Ferguson, Zane Ferguson, Britni Smith and Kalyn Brule; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a son, Rusty Smith. Pallbearers were Jimmy Mitchuson, Leo Voyles, Johnny Lee Godsey, Ronnie Stuckey, Ronnie Reed, Royce Melton, Ricky Don Redfern and Ray Lynn Stuckey. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions are made to the Presbyterian Children?s Home, P.O. Drawer G, Denton, TX 76202-1687.  Whitesboro - Graveside services for Bobby Mark Smith, 75, were held Saturday, April 28, 2012 at the Mt. Tabor Cemetery in Sandusky, Texas with Rev. Rick Carney officiating. The service was under the direction of Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro. He passed away on April 26, 2012 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison. Bobby Mark Smith was born March 3, 1937 to Mark Ware and Norma Lee Phelps Smith in Radware, Texas. He married Alice Marie Cravens on May 25, 1959. He was of the Church of Christ faith. He was a hard worker, often working 2 jobs at a time. He enjoyed raising cattle on his farm and liked to drink coffee with his friends at the Whitesboro truck stop. He is survived by his son, Randall Zane Smith and wife, Debbie, of Whitesboro; daughter, Debra Lee Brule and husband, Kevin, of Whitesboro; five grandchildren: Bryan Mark Smith, Ryan Ferguson, Zane Ferguson, Britni Smith and Kalyn Brule; and great-grandchild, Axtyn Marie Ferguson; special nephews and nieces: Mark Simmons, Bubba Simmons, and Vicki Geisler; aunt, Marie McClendon; sister-in-law, Joyce Simmons; sister-in-law, Lonnette Davidson; and numerous other nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; son, Rusty Smith; and brothers, Richard Smith and David Smith. Pallbearers were Johnny Lee Godsey, Lee Neasbitt, Wendy Winchester, Ronnie Reed, Leo Voyles, and Jimmy Mitcheson.
