- Graveside services for James Edward Ray, 85, were held Monday,
September 26, 2005 at Mt. Tabor Cemetery with Rev. L.V. Phelps
officiating. Mr. Ray passed away Thursday, September 22, 2005 at
Whitesboro Health and Rehab Center.
He was born December 20, 1919 in Elmview, Texas to James Edward and Ola (Cooper) Ray. He was a retired truck driver and dairyman. He was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include son, Jim Ray and wife, Linda, of Springtown; 3 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
